Call Customer Service at (816) 221-8292 with your invoice number and the item to return.  Our driver will pick up your return.
 

Non-defective returns must be resellable.  Boxed items without original packaging cannot be returned.

Non-defective items must be returned within 25 days.

Defective items must be returned in a timely manner. Shortages must be reported promptly.

Older defective items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, not Dot's Office Products (depending upon warranties, guarantees, etc.).  We will be happy to research and provide any manufacturer warranty information related to the defective item.

Special Order/Custom Made items (furniture-office products-stamps) cannot be returned.
